Heat pipe is a type of heat transfer element, with a heat transfer efficiency that can reach several tens of times that of metal. The working fluid absorbs heat and vaporizes from the higher temperature side, while the saturated gas releases heat and condenses towards the lower temperature side. Skived fin heat sink is made of a piece of base material (aluminum or copper) .Under the mechanical action, the tilting Angle of the tool is controlled by the customized tool and the program written, the  base material  is precisely cut from the top by a shovel-tooth tool, and folded back to a position perpendicular to the base, and repeated at a certain spacing to form fins.
