Our quality management system  is organized in a pyramid like manner, from the top to the bottom is Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Business Processes and Standard Specifications, Record of execution results.

We utilize this system to ensure product quality control objectives, thereby achieving and enhancing customer's satisfaction.
Total Quality Management

Walmate has established a quality index assessment system for the entire supply chain process, which has covered incoming inspection, production control to finished product inspection, every process, every link in the chain following a strict and meticulous standards. We implement both regular and irregular inspections , and carry out operations strictly in compliance with relevant requirements.
Eight Disciplines Model (8D)

In Walmate, we use the 8D model to identify, correct, and eliminate recurring problems.

We establishe a permanent corrective action based on statistical analysis of the problem and focuses on the origin of the problem by determining its root causes. And then  eliminate or minimize the occurrence of duplicate problems, and improve the efficiency of problem-solving, accumulate experience in problem-solving.
