Management Improvement Boosts The Rapid Development Of The Company

On April 16, 2024, the "Walmate Management Improvement Project" was launched as scheduled in the Hong Kong conference room of the company headquarters, and all management team members of the company attended as scheduled.

Walmate is deeply rooted in the fields of thermal management and lightweight technology, providing innovative, specialized, and customized component development and manufacturing services for industries such as new energy vehicles, energy storage and conversion, high-performance computing, and industrial automation.

With over a decade of accumulated technology and project experience, we have successfully seized the market opportunities of the booming new energy industry and achieved rapid growth. Like other rapidly growing technology companies, Walmate also faces the dilemma of management shortcomings. With the rapid growth of business, management improvement is urgent. Therefore, in the company's development plan for the next five years, management improvement has been identified as one of the most core driving forces. After several rounds of investigation, the company has decided to reintroduce external management consulting firms to quickly address the company's management shortcomings.

At the kickoff meeting, Mr. Liu Jialiang, the chairman of the company, put forward specific expectations and requirements for the management improvement project:

1. Walmte is in the rapidly developing green energy industry, and the market has entered a red ocean. If you don't advance, you will retreat! The introduction of external management consulting agencies is aimed at accelerating our management reform, quickly filling management gaps. Management consulting agencies are the accelerator of reform, reducing our trial and error costs.

2. The management team is required to recognize that internal factors are the root cause and that we ourselves are the key. Under the guidance of consulting teachers, the management team should strive to improve fundamentally from our own perspective; If there are problems, boldly and directly put them on the table to discuss, find solutions, and reduce internal friction; Everything is centered on business, meeting customer/market needs is fundamental, and the combination of internal and external factors drives rapid and comprehensive improvement in management.

The consulting teacher also put forward three requirements for the success of management improvement projects:

1. The top management of the company values it as a top priority project;

2. Our consulting firm has been deeply involved in management consulting services in the Pearl River Delta for nearly 20 years, with rich experience in management consulting and sufficient ability to lead Maitai Technology to achieve superior management improvement;

3. To support management cadres, it is clear that the company's hiring of external management consulting agencies is not a negation of the current management team's ability, but rather to help everyone improve faster, reduce trial and error costs, and avoid detours.

After the launch of the "Management Improvement Project", the company underwent meticulous management diagnosis and selected "1475/1498 Special Quality Improvement Campaign" and "Personnel Turnover Rate Optimization Campaign" as breakthrough points. A series of improvement work was carried out, and a series of training courses such as "Middle and Senior Management Skills Enhancement", "Role of Team Leaders and Morning Meeting Execution Techniques", "Cross departmental Communication and Collaboration", "Quality Awareness and Quality Cost", "Project Management" were successively carried out. The company has sparked a enthusiasm for learning and improvement from all levels.

In the continuous promotion of the "Management Improvement Project", we have seen almost the full participation of the company's senior management, the active and humble learning of the management team, the increasing number of employees actively participating in training courses without invitation, and the various ideological frictions and "conflicts" that everyone has encountered for the project progress...
